How to Be a Successful Teacher in Finland
In Finland they have grade point averages I think in some ways similar to Canada. So there's not like a set score. Lots of people want to be teachers in Finland. But ultimately it will depend partly on how high is your average school. Your teacher given grades from school. They all have an interest in education, a demonstrated interest. And through the interview they're assessing, you know, are they in this for the right reasons? Are they care about kids?
