Is There a Bottom Up Accountability System for GCSEs?

We've got this top down assessment system and it's like a tractor beam kids. We can have a bottom up accountability system which is about celebrating the milestones and developmental achievements of young people in the way that music grades work for example. Companies like PWC are trialing a system where they just completely ignore they are blind to school grades and even university degrees grades. They're missing out on some potentially really brilliant minds creative brilliant people who might not have taken that conventional route or happened to be someone with good GCSE results.
