Is There a Sleeping Meditation?

If you want to be in bed by ten, my recommendation is that you set a few alarms before the ten o'clock hour. The other thing i would add is that you don't read anything related to your day job, write or your work, or news. Read something gentle or fantasy, or something that's going to plant a seed in your brain for great dreams. What can i read that'll give me the most awesome dreamev night? Just free me from thinking about work. There are six and butifi, there are six specific meditations. They are all between seven and 12 minutes, that actually are specifically targeted toward sleep.
