A lot of the latest thinking in this area isn't written up in public yet partly because people don't want to you know publicize their views at this point or just because it takes a long time to get papers published. So I think again it's somewhat analogous to the situation with you know AI safety a few years ago and I think the book Superintelligence was a big step forward on that front but it's less clear if there's one single reference point people to on AI policy issues.
