The Best Price Is the Price Discovery, Is That a Good Thing?

If all of us were operating in the same sandbox, if the institution had a chance to improve on the price of a retail order, wouldn't that be a good thing? Right now, they don't have a chance to interact with that flow because the flow is being siphoned and segmented to different areas. The SEC was talking about modeling it after the options market. We don't trade options before. I understand that's a total disaster. And somebody should be an options marketer. That's somebody, if somebody wants a career, study options, market structure, and start figuring out what's going on over there. But, you know, it's a institutions would like to get
