I Think the CHIPS Act Is a Good Act
The complexity of the topic and the politicization of it has made it hard for people to really want to dive in to understand the issues. I think trade, unlike many contemporary political issues, really cuts across traditional political divisions. And that's a function of this policy and flexion that we're seeing in the United States and around the world as these discussions become more salient.
