In science, something is either more likely or less likely. We don't think belief, which implies some kind of... I use that example. If the weather forecast says there's an 80% chance of rain tomorrow, does that mean you believe it's going to rain? Well, it obviously doesn't make sense, does it? It's really just as irrelevant actually that word as it is for a weather forecast. And we try to make our best probabilistic predictions of climate changeKnowing all the uncertainties that we have in making such predictions.
