Swami Vivekanen regards it as one of the central teachings of Bhagavad Gita. Krishna actually tried to convince Durya Dana to change, but he was 'absolutely convinced I am right' The problem is a bad guy because of that, not because inherently anybody is bad,. It's because not willing to change.
