The Eurofile: A Look at Europe Through a Washington Lens

The moment that is put into question borders become more important and ethnic borders where you have a lot of these disputes can always re-merge. I'm really worried about these kind of you know negative scenarios globally in European level if they find the Balkans in this current state of affairs it could be a recipe for bigger problems.
