The Importance of Meaning in Work
Before I was very sort of output focused on what I do for my job or how I spend my time, there needs to be like the thing that's being produced. And in that regard, I actually really didn't particularly like what I was doing for work because at the end of the day, it's all kind of like trivial. The thing that's going to give you satisfaction often is actually just the process of doing what you do. People would rather do it do a kind of process for a brand they think is cool than a process that gives them satisfaction for some cardboard box company.
