Are We Responsible for Our Emotions?

We want to start pointing out and helping kids understand that they are responsible for their reaction. We don't have control over the way other people react, we do have control and power over the way we react. So giving them those skills to react in a very mature way is going to be really amazing. By the time they're older, they will be so emotionally intelligent, that they will be ready to handle a lot of these things thatare goin to come up in the world. These talks will go all the way through adolescence.
