"I like to think of myself as it's like I'm serving myself and all of my experiences up on a platter for people to learn from," she said. "If they can learn something just from seeing me be vulnerable then it's worth it well" She added that the best way to inspire someone isn't to talk at them like you are the expert or reprimand them for doing it wrong but by literally speaking  at their level, which is what inspires her.
