What's the Name of the Ocean?

There's this one beach in Hawaii that has collected loads of garbage from the ocean. Scientists are literally on the beach every day picking up all kinds of weird bits of garbage, mostly plastic products. It's not recycled because they're not reprocessing it and like melting it down to make it into something else. But some people who are trying to recollect this plastic as some of this waste so it can be brought back onto land.
