Can You Get In? Is It Possible?
If you can't enter Japan, I believe you do kind of just attend virtually in your home country and not get the stipends. But like those government funded program, I think it's a better chance to enter Japan during this global pandemic. Earlier in the pandemic, new mex scholars were kind of being forced to attend online and not come to Japan. That might not be true anymore.
