What Are Some of the Elements You Think in a Sabbatical?
The first thing you have to do is, is categorize this sabbatical. Is it a reward? Is it a response to an emergency? Is it punitive? You know, like this person just needs to be out of here for a little while. That's not even really a s Sabbatical. So in our case, it was a reward for a job well done.
