Home Secretary put her name to a Conservative Party communication attacking her own civil servants. Shouty crackers was reported as the permanent secretary of the Home Office, Matthew Rycroft. I think this is all kind of slightly, you know, those who are looking for a blob can find one in some of these messages, but I don't think it really exists in any significant form.
