The Importance of Listening to Music

There's a really good book hyper focus. There is things that are wrote, like if you're walking a dog or if you're like chopping vegetables,. You know, things that do not require a lot of attention. It's sort of thinking of your attention as like units. And you really want to be spending as close to 100% as possible. But if the activity doesn't take 100% of those attention units, then you get distracted.
