Is Sarcopenia a Four Level Word?

Even simple walks are going to improve your overall health and well-being. The more muscle you put in your muscle bank at a younger age, the more you get to withdraw when you're older. So all that means we need to prioritize leg strength, core strength for our balance. And now really important. Have a sense of purpose. What gets you out of bed when I'm leaning? Call that friends. Don't text them. Try to build your social network. You will be far better off in the end if you build those relationships and maintain those relationships than if you didn't.
