The Future of Remote Work
Most of our work is done at a distance but that we facilitate opportunities for in-person connection. The advantages for both the employer and the employee of having remote work are very, very high. Having children, I think, is a major challenge to being at home. If you have a great basement office where it's separate from the house, if you can convert a part of your garage to make it isolated by putting some sort of office in your garage, that's good.
