Seymour's Story Made Me Sick

I just sort of saw Seymour as a tragic character completely where I'm just like yeah I don't know if I want to go so far as to say I can imagine myself in that position but maybe a bit like being a young man and feeling those sorts of feelings seems pretty plausible. He doesn't really understand why he's different from anyone else and why he's struggling and you just feel bad for him, says the author. "That's part of what made me very sad is like here's a woman who's like really struggling in her life too," she adds.
