The Importance of Keeping Our Eyes Open
Father Mike: Jesus is making it absolutely clear that he's not simply claiming to be a prophet. He says, 'I say to you before Abraham was, I am' And this is massive, but it also demands that Jesus does these miracles. Why? Because anyone can come along and say, "Oh, hey, this is who I am," then demonstrates it. Father Mike: We get to live in the New Testament for a while, which is such an incredible gift. Please pray for me.
