How to Communicate Research Insights in a Company

In my case, particularly, I get insights firsthand in a meeting face to face, nothing very formal. We're not formalizing this because for us, it's an ongoing conversation. So we just have these conversations. And so there's no need to formalize it with reports or things. My experience with the artifacts as well was really different depending on the company culture and the UX maturity as well. In some cases, it was just as simple as reports, and then there would be just somewhere stuck in the shelves and nobody will be able to access them. But I really hope that modern tools kind of help making research more actionable and more useful for the teams.
