Most people don't even understand they need to be a brand. So you've got to overcome that hurdle first of telling them why they have to brand themselves and then teaching themselves how they have to present themselves or sell themselves. You're truly selling yourself every day to your colleagues, to your friends, to your family. I would argue that every interaction is a bit of a sales trendThat's absolutely right. And it is our responsibility to manage proactively our brands and the impression we're leaving in the world. That's a good management of your reputation.
