When someone signs up, they fill in quite a detailed questionnaire. And then the first thing I need to do is establish their call rate requirement and I'll put them in one of the groups. After they've made the payment, they redirected back to my website where there's a welcome aboard message. So on the Thursday before, they get an email with their welcome brochure. Now that I've got a designer on board, it's a beautifully branded brochure with clickable links in it.
