Youth Ministry - Let Other Voices Speak

I'm also trying to make sure my voice isn't worn out with our students. I want them to have a whole bunch of different voices in their life. When you let somebody speak for two or three weeks, it allows you to read the Bible. Sometimes when you're the lead youth worker, everybody is expecting you to have all the answersAll problems turn to you but when you're not there, other leaders have to flex that leadership muscle.
