The Freedom From Bondage

The day i got sober and my daughter was born, i was repulsed by how beautiful they were. And it just made me feel ugly and gross. That's the bondage of self. If i'm spiping in a meeting and i'm listening to the speaker and critiquing and doing a little debate or feedback in my head, that's the bondage itself. My life is now no longer about me. I'm no longer the most important person in my life. It does doesn't make any sense, you know?
