i hadn't understood how insiders viewed peer review in an academic context, until a finance professor got drunk at a party. Like the skuis just telling me straight out that this is a gating function to keep their consulting fees high. By removing the human ability to act badly, you effectively create a much fairer representative world. Ah, what do we do? i find wicipedia can't explain to any normal human being our theoretical math and physics. But even biology, like, you got to learn mat to deeply gro because otherwise you are just memorizing names of chemicals.
