The Importance of Patience
Lisa: We have a tendency in the UX world, to actually be very harsh about what's the right way to do it and the wrong way. But we need to remember that people can be ignorant, but still good. They're not evil. And so we can't be as hard on them about the things that we think we know that they don't.
