I think fighter squadrons do well is creating a culture where it's not just the debrief of of lessons learned from a mission let's say you're we're actually taught how to receive feedback and receiving feedback is an absolute skill to know it's an art. We often mistake what kind of feedback we're getting at any given any given time I think that's like the leader that we want to be. You might think that I'm just giving you an evaluation you go great it's perfect nothing nothing to improve here but in reality I'm giving you an accolade yeah likewise if someone sits down with you and they're saying here's the things that I think you can improve on
