The Benefits of Cardio for Aging Bodybuilders

The benefits seem to be more on the spa side for that person that is that physique competitor who's resistance training a lot, already doing quite a good number of steps. So they're probably better kind of keeping it away from workouts, lower intensity styles are probably preferable for them. But if you're someone who's been doing this kind of active bodybuilding lifestyle in your 30s, 40s, 50s, I don't think you need to get to the age of 54 and say, all of a sudden, I need to double my step counts every day. And those little caveats at the end are really important, because we do see some degree of a response between things like step counts
