Monopoly Capitalism and the Financial Sector
The government, the private sector doesn't work very well. It becomes very reliant on n marketing in order to get consumption up. Since it doesn't and since investment stagnates, there's a net stagnation of net invest or atrophy of net investment. So we have all these contradictions monopoly capitalism. And much of the political economy of the environment that developed in the 19 seventies, eighties and nineties came out of the monopoly capital tradition.
