The main story is the flattening of the distribution and what that flattening means is it used to be there was a normal incomenormal household income was 30 to $55,000 a year. There isn't really a norm anymore we've destroyed the norm and instead there's just some people made a lot more money  - but everyone's getting richer which is good yet somehow it's this flattening that creates a sense of like being left behind.
