The idea that as teams are trying to innovate on ideas, teams find that themselves 9% less likely to come up with new ideas if they're super connected all the time. It means that all of a sudden we're too cordial with each other. We're too bought, you know, it's almost like there's not enough friction in the group. That was a fascinating point there.
