How to Overcome the Lack of Consulting Experience
If you have some experience to show on your resume that, okay, you've been a team player for like two or three years, then they take that shot at you. So how do you overcome that lack of consulting experience when you talk on a network with people? Well, one thing that they're, the reason that they care about experience is not because you have expertise. There's an often confusion and therefore people present their experience as expertise and it comes across oddly to the firms.
