Automated Testing to Legacy Code?

One of the issues we still often see is that the architecture does not help you with writing automated tests, at least not on the unit test level. So if you don't have dependency injection, then it's really hard to write good, small automated tests. You should make sure that you make your way down and try to refactor and have a lot of small automated unit tests as quickly as possible. If there are no bugs, then no need to write tests, because if nobody mentions there is a bug, no need towrite a test.
