Water versus fat is a huge driver of caloric energy density. Potato chips are the food most associated with obesity because it's dehydrated and all the water's gone so you have all these foods that are dried and have no water in just a lot of fat having super high energy density, easy to overeat like nuts. High fiber gives higher strategy for society calorie as every single low carb can tell you. You're kind of doing both at the same time when you go up that axis. I don't know if it's effective or not but I'd like to I love effort on effort I guess we'll see how this goes.
