Digital india has been marching comfortably ahead without this bill so far. Putting a comprehensive bill on the back burner for an indefinite period, or for an extended period, would create a lot of uncertainty for the detified usuries. Overall idea is to give back the autonomy to natural persons. Mind you, these data filuciaries are most likely to comply with several data prodiction regimes around the globe. The delay allows us to think about the possible steps we could consider to improve from the previous version of the bill.
