What's the Difference Between the Vaccine and the Polio Virus?

The country was longing for a polio vaccine. We were afraid as a nation, we were pulling together. No one wanted the children to be crippled and paralyzed. There was no divisiveness. It was just we had a common goal and the common enemy was the polio virus. That's the tragic part about this.
