The Real Estate Market Needs to Come Down

In Canada, the housing market needs to come down by like 50% for it to make any sense. In my area, over the last ten years, my house, i bought it for 270 thousand dollars, and i built it in two thousand, ten and it's worth like almost a million dollars. When the housing market starts to come down, when everybody else is going to feel it,. then you'll have rising inflation, and you'll have the wealth effect come off.
