The Importance of One More Conversation Before HR
I think given that they are friends having one more conversation makes sense. But there's also the fact that sometimes when people have those conversations, there are repercussions. And so that is something to just be aware of and know that you really deserve support on this. Your work should not demand like having a peaceful work scenario should not mean that you are touched in ways that make you feel uncomfortable on a daily basis.
