i can't be on a call unless it's an outage, so if i get another case that comes in that is outage, i have to take that and prioritize that over the p three. People would try and avoid im because nobody wanted to be staying at the office till seven p mas. Nola on ntil hours, one hour later than normal or so. It's usually like, i would get in at eight a m.
