The Problem With Recruitment of Talent in China

Gurssel: China is pouring money into AI now they're great copy. They can read the research papers coming out of the West. And so they're quick on the mark that way and because there's so many of them maybe they will get ahead. But one thing that might hold it back is it will be incapable of attracting foreign thought.
