Is It a Win for O'tooll?

i want to ask you about a report that circulated in a couple of places on election day, which is that keeping the liberals from a majority would be considered a win in aron o'tooll's camp. There were a couple of conservative strategists, or people close to the party who were kind of coming out and saying, that, is that just posturing? I don't see how that is. It is a win. Even person who said it claimed that they were misquoted and so on. But i thinkit w'd be unwise to view this through the lens of a one election strategy.
