i think it's even more important to be asking for feedback if you are a leader. If you are in a leadership position, becauses it's extra threatening for people to provide that fee back. One of the things that i love that we do at annali is share a mistake of the month. And it's a way to create that culture where people aren't afraid to to talk about problems, talk about mistakes. That's what allows us to to move forward and not have things you knt kind of festering underground.
