Is Biden a Good Candidate?

Biden will be in pole position historically and institutionally to win reelection if he can make it. The modern presidency just has so many built-in advantages, but then again, it's a very closely divided country. Trump conflates his cycle advantage with more people voting for him than Ron D'Santhes did this year. Both parties have this kind of dynamism which they feel you can only get from their party structures.
