Is There a Process for Hiring People?

A system for how to hire people, right? I at the time, only I think had some small consultants working with me. And we've since brought on a few more beyond that. Goal setting: 30, 60, 90 days, what do we want to accomplish? What are the levers we need to pull? If you don't have a destination, you're never going to get there.
