This is a long tee up for my Google search. I have a jar of sun dried tomatoes from Trader Joe's that I have been spreading onto sandwiches and it's like frickin divine. So I thought, you know what? Put sun dried tomatoes on cream cheese. Big mistake on this bagel. It was, it was awful. Um, anyway, how did that evoke a Google? You're like, why do this taste so bad? I searched our sun dried tomatoes actually dried in the sun. They are. There's a difference. Who's who's checking up? Who's checking up on them? To make sure they're truly drying in the sun and not under heat
