I would say do nothing for quality for a week. Pick up a book actually abandoned preferably far from a screen of any kind. Detach for a bit. Don't worry about any transfers. Come back, watch the Women's World Cup. But yeah, I reckon go outside. If you can, go outside, turn your phone off. That's our world. Everything just moves at such a pace. It can be really exhausting.
