Labeling and Self-Blinding
There's a sort of cluster there where you could say, I'm bad, which is labeling. And then there's the sense that I shouldn't be bad,. So there should be a little bit to it. But so it examples of labeling and self-blinding. Part of the problem with it is not only it's not necessarily valid or even partially valid, but in addition, you use up all of your energy beating up on yourself.
