What Is Incremental Refresh?
Incremental refresh is a feature that allows us to speed up our refresh of certain tables within ore ourmodel. It takes a really long time to load all of that data that you want to pull into the model. So incremental refresh allows us to segment out by certain time ranges, and these are called partitions a the fact table. And it also creates less of an impact on your source systems because you're not extracting all the data all the time. That's huge when you start getting into many models and larger models, for capacity, on any of your premium stuffs.
